One measurement, several indications

Elypta measures the GAGome – a standardized profile of free glycosaminoglycans in urine and plasma. The same measurement can be read for different clinical questions, but each question needs its own score, its own study population and its own evidence.

Our pipeline includes:

Lung cancer risk

Can a GAGome score improve on established risk models when deciding who is offered LDCT screening?

Multi-cancer risk

Can a GAGome score predict who will develop cancer over the next five years, among people who currently have none?

  • Proof-of-concept in asymptomatic adults (PNAS 2022, ASCO 2025)
  • Three cohort studies using plasma or urine ongoing
