Sibel previously worked as a Junior Analyst at Industrifonden, a prominent Swedish venture capital firm focused on life sciences and deep tech, and an early backer of Elypta. She holds a BSc in Biomedicine and an MSc in Bioentrepreneurship from the Karolinska Institute, where she worked on several real-world projects bridging translational science and commercialization. Her master's thesis examined the performance of government-funded, early-stage Swedish life science companies, using quantitative performance metrics tailored specifically to the life science industry.
